Q. Can my organization charge whatever we want for the specialties that we sell?
A. Yes, you can charge what ever price you would like, however Custom Design Specialties does recommend a price range for best results.

Q. How long will it take to receive my personalized order?
A. Normally you will receive your order within 10 - 15 working days after the sample artwork design is approved. Your customer service representative will be able to give you a more direct time frame when placing your order.

Q. What is a sample artwork design?
A. This is like a proof. We will email you a picture of what your artwork/logo will look like. We will not start the production of your order until you have approved the sample artwork design.

Q. Can I return a specialty product?
A. We cannot accept returns on all specialty items since they are customized to your specific school, group, or organization.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept VISA, MasterCharge, Check and Money Order.  All monies must be received before we start production of order and after artwork has been approved.
