Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks, & Money Orders.
If paying by credit card, Custom Design Specialties must receive
credit card payment after artwork has been approved by purchaser. Custom Design Specialties will email
you an invoice through PayPal secured site. Custom Design Specialties will not start production of order
until invoice has been paid and confirmed through PayPal. NOTE: You do
not need a PayPal account in order to pay invoice.
Paying
with check or money order, your payment must be received before we start production of your order. Check or money
order will not be deposited until order has been shipped.
If submitting
a school or organization purchase order your order must be shipped to purchase order address.
All returned checks will incur a $30.00
charge. Customers with accounts requiring collections will be liable for all associated costs including legal fees.
Deliveries
Custom Design Specialties
is not responsible for delays or damages by shipping companies. We make every effort to provide accurate delivery times
as possible.
Changes/Cancellations
All orders requiring special handling, cutting, or personalization are considered firm. Any change, other than
quantity, to the order once in production will be billed for any work done, plus any additional work required by the change.
Change of quantity must be made prior to the start of production. If a change in quantity occurs after the completion
of any portion of production, the change will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly. Change made after
start of production may delay shipping. If a cancellation is necessary, all costs associated with work performed
to date of cancellation will be invoiced. Cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by Custom Design Specialties.
Printing/Special Orders
Orders are not
put into production unless order is complete. Orders are considered complete with a correct payment, complete shipping
address, camera-ready art and any artwork approvals if required.
Pricing
Pricing does not include freight or handling
charges unless specifically stated by Custom Design Specialties.
Product
Colors
Custom Design Specialties makes every attempt to match
colors as best as possible. Product colors can vary slightly from production to the next. Any questions please
consult your customer service representative.
Production Time
Production starts once the order and the art are approved for production. Production
time does not include the day the order was received. Production time is usually less than 2 weeks, depending on quantity.
Depending on the season, rush orders are accepted if the production schedule allows. Rush orders must be approved by
us before sending order. Rush charges may apply.
Returns
Returns are only allowed for defects in material or workmanship by Custom Design Specialties. No
returns will be accepted unless it is determined to be defective by us.
